Enter complete street addresses for your home, hotel, office or airport so the route reflects the trip you plan to take. Use the exact hotel entrance address where you want your chauffeur to meet you.

Add every planned stop before reviewing the trip. A stop can change the route and distance, and the displayed amount reflects the details you enter. For airport-to-airport travel, enter both airports as route points and list any stops.

A booked chauffeur displays a route-specific trip price, while taxi fares are metered and public transit follows posted fares.

The Taxi and Limousine Commission lists an LGA trip surcharge and an airport-access fee for LGA pickups on its TLC taxi fare page. The metered fare and any applicable tolls, tips or other charges are separate. Public transit may suit a traveler with a light bag load and time for a transfer; a direct car trip keeps the route and vehicle together from pickup to destination.

For LGA arrivals without meet and greet, your chauffeur meets you at the official car-service pickup point assigned to your terminal. At LaGuardia, car service pickups for Terminal B are on Level 2 of the Terminal B parking garage, and Terminal C pickups are in the arrivals inner lane. Terminal A has had no airline flights since May 2026.

Taxi queues, departure curbs, app-based pickup areas and prearranged car-service points are identified separately. At the terminal, follow the Car Services signs to the pickup location for your reservation. After collecting your luggage, go to the listed point for your terminal and keep your destination address and passenger details available. Check your airline's current flight information for the terminal assigned to your trip, then follow airport signs when you arrive. Airline assignments and airport access details can change, so review your flight information again before leaving.

Enter your flight, route, passenger count and bag count when you request an LGA arrival pickup.

1. Select LaGuardia as the pickup airport and enter the full destination address.
2. Add the airline, flight number and terminal shown for your flight.
3. Enter the number of passengers and bags, including carry-ons, checked bags, strollers and other large items.
4. Choose a vehicle class by passenger capacity and luggage needs.
5. Add any requested child seat, the $25 meet-and-greet add-on, or the $150 dedicated greeter, then review the trip details.

Flight tracking is included for airport trips. Enter the correct flight number so the tracked arrival matches your reservation. Airport arrivals have a 60-minute wait time after a domestic landing and a 90-minute wait time after an international landing. Every regular pickup has a 15-minute grace period, after which waiting time applies.

The airport waiting period starts after landing. After you collect your bags, follow Car Services signs to the designated prearranged pickup point for your terminal. The Cell Phone Lot is for drivers making a personal pickup who need to wait before passengers are ready.

If your flight number, terminal or destination changes, call True North VIP dispatch at 888-887-0324. Dispatch and phone support are available 24/7. Without meet and greet, your chauffeur meets you at the designated car-service pickup point for your terminal. The $25 meet-and-greet add-on means your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a name sign and helps with luggage. True North VIP offers six vehicle classes.

Passenger capacity is the class limit; luggage space depends on the vehicle and the bags. List checked bags, carry-ons, strollers and oversized items so the requested class reflects what your group is bringing. For a larger party, compare your passenger and bag count with the capacities above before requesting a class.

Child seats of every type (infant, convertible and booster) are $25 each in SUVs and Sprinters, never in sedans: up to 2 per direction in an SUV, more in a Sprinter, and in mini coaches and coaches after we discuss the trip. The M60-SBS serves every LGA terminal, while the free Q70 connects Terminals B and C with two Queens transit hubs.

Current fares are in the MTA LaGuardia guide. The All Terminals Shuttle runs about every 15 minutes at peak times and every 20 minutes off peak. The Q70 itself is free, while the subway or LIRR segment has its own fare.

From Uptown Manhattan, the M60 is a direct bus option. From other Manhattan neighborhoods, a subway or LIRR trip followed by the Q70 can connect you to Terminals B or C. The transfer can involve stairs, platforms and a walk between the station and bus stop, so consider your luggage and mobility needs when choosing a route.

The free Cell Phone Lot on 94th Street gives personal pickup drivers a place to wait until passengers are ready.

The lot is off airport, between 23rd Avenue and Ditmars Boulevard. It is for personal pickup drivers who arrive before a passenger is ready; they wait in the lot until the passenger is ready and calls. The terminal curb is for active loading.

The Cell Phone Lot is for personal pickup drivers who need to wait. For a prearranged ride, your chauffeur meets you at the terminal's designated car-service pickup point listed above. True North VIP's airport wait time is a separate reservation policy, measured from landing for airport arrivals.

For a car service to LGA, enter your full pickup address, requested pickup time, airline, terminal, passenger count and luggage count.

Traffic on the way to the airport varies by time and route. Set your pickup time with the drive, airline check-in and security screening in mind. At LGA, follow signs to your airline's terminal and use the active passenger drop-off curb for unloading.
