Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to measure Site usage (pages visited, referrers, device/approximate location, events). GA4 sets cookies or similar technologies. You can learn more and opt-out via Google’s tools and your browser settings.

How we use information

• Provide quotes, schedule and manage rides, and communicate with you.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing and disclosure

• Service providers: We use vendors to operate the Site and deliver messages, including:
  • Hosting/CDN: Vercel (may process IP addresses and standard server logs).
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4.
  • Email delivery: Resend (for form notifications when enabled). We do not store card data on our servers; payment processors handle it directly when enabled.
• Licensed partners and chauffeurs: We share only the trip details needed to fulfill your ride (e.g., name, pickup/dropoff, date/time, contact phone).
• Legal/Compliance: We may disclose if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in a business transfer (e.g., merger).

Data retention

• Form inquiries (quotes/contacts): up to 24 months then deleted, unless needed for ongoing service or legal reasons.
• Customer/ride records (after bookings begin): up to 7 years for tax/accounting and dispute resolution.
• Analytics data (GA4): currently configured for up to 14 months.
• Server/CDN logs: retained by our hosting provider typically 30–90 days.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS (TLS) across the Site and access controls for administrative accounts. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• Access, correction, deletion: You can request a copy of your information or ask us to correct or delete it by emailing support@truenorthvip.com. We may need to verify your identity (e.g., confirming control of your email and ride details such as date/time and pickup).
• Analytics controls: Manage cookies in your browser. Google provides additional tools for controlling GA4 data.
• Region-specific rights: Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA/UK, California), you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. By using the Site, you understand your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
