Cancellation & Change Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for reservations booked with True North VIP.
Cancellation Windows
For standard reservations, cancellation fees are based on how far in advance you cancel:
- 24+ hours before pickup: full refund or credit
- 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
- 2–12 hours before pickup: 75% cancellation fee
- Less than 2 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee
Changes to a Reservation
We'll do our best to accommodate changes (pickup time, location, vehicle, passenger count), but close-in changes may be treated as a cancellation and rescheduling depending on feasibility and availability.
Special Events & High-Demand Dates
Some dates and events may require longer notice due to staffing, staging, and vehicle availability. If this applies, we will disclose the requirements at the time of booking or in writing. This may include wedding transportation, large event bookings, and holiday travel.
Refund Timing & Method
Refunds and credits are issued to the original payment method or as a service credit, depending on the booking type and the time window.
