Your Brooklyn pickup
Your chauffeur picks you up at the exact Brooklyn address you enter: a brownstone in Park Slope, a loft in Williamsburg, a hotel in DUMBO or a building near the Brooklyn Museum. Add the entrance, a buzzer note or a cross street in the booking notes. For hotels and museums, give the name.
| Brooklyn pickup | Pickup tip |
|---|---|
| Hotels such as the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge or The William Vale | Give the hotel name; the car comes to the main entrance |
| Brownstone streets in Park Slope and Fort Greene | Give the house number and the nearest avenue |
| Williamsburg and Greenpoint lofts | Add the cross street; many streets are one-way |
| Eastern Parkway and the Brooklyn Museum | Name the entrance or the service road side |
How long is the drive from Brooklyn to LaGuardia?
Without traffic, Brooklyn to LaGuardia is about 15 minutes from Williamsburg and about 21 to 23 minutes from DUMBO or Prospect Heights, by routing estimates for the three trips below. The BQE through Brooklyn and Queens is often the slow part, especially on weekday mornings and afternoons, so plan for more.
| Trip | Distance | Drive time without traffic |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge (DUMBO) to Terminal B | 10.9 mi | about 21 min (estimate) |
| Terminal C to The William Vale (Williamsburg), arrival | 7.6 mi | about 15 min (estimate) |
| Brooklyn Museum to Terminal C | 11.4 mi | about 23 min (estimate) |
Drive times are estimates (OSRM free-flow routing with no traffic, checked Oct 30, 2026). Traffic varies, and rush hour, weather, tunnel delays and airport construction add time.
When should I leave Brooklyn for LaGuardia?
Work back from the time your airline asks you to be at the airport, then add the drive estimate and a traffic buffer. The BQE is often slow at rush hour and before holidays, even on a short trip. If you are unsure, choose an earlier pickup; your pickup has a 15-minute grace period.
Which route does the chauffeur take, and what tolls apply?
From most of Brooklyn, the chauffeur takes the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) north through Williamsburg and Queens, then the Grand Central Parkway east to LaGuardia. From central Brooklyn, local avenues lead to the BQE first. The route stays in Brooklyn and Queens, with no bridge or tunnel into Manhattan.
| Road or crossing | What it does on this trip | Toll |
|---|---|---|
| Local avenues | Your street to the BQE | No toll |
| Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) | North through Brooklyn and Queens | No toll |
| Grand Central Parkway | East to the LaGuardia terminals | No toll |
| Kosciuszko Bridge | Carries the BQE over Newtown Creek | No toll |
This route has no tolls in either direction, and it stays outside the Manhattan Congestion Relief Zone, so that charge does not apply. If traffic sends the chauffeur another way, any toll is in your price. You see the all-in price before you book.
Where will my chauffeur meet me when I land at LaGuardia?
On the ride home, the meeting point comes first. LaGuardia curbs are for active pickups only, so the chauffeur tracks your flight and waits nearby. After you collect your bags, call. At LaGuardia, car service pickups for Terminal B are on Level 2 of the Terminal B parking garage, and Terminal C pickups are in the arrivals inner lane. Terminal A has had no airline flights since May 2026. With meet and greet, the chauffeur waits inside with a name sign.
- Add your airline and flight number when you book. The chauffeur tracks the flight and waits nearby, as LaGuardia curbs are for active pickups only.

How does waiting time work?
Waiting time depends on the pickup. Home, hotel and office pickups have a 15-minute grace period, after which waiting time applies. Airport arrivals have a 60-minute wait time after a domestic landing and a 90-minute wait time after an international landing, counted from when the flight lands, and every airport pickup includes flight tracking, so an early or late flight moves your pickup with it.
| Pickup type | Grace period or wait time |
|---|---|
| Regular pickup (home, hotel, office) | 15 minutes |
| Domestic flight arrival | 60 minutes after landing |
| International flight arrival | 90 minutes after landing |
| Flight tracking | Included on airport pickups |
See the wait time policy for the full terms.
