True North VIP was started in New York City to offer reliable, professional chauffeured transportation, booked ahead with a set vehicle class and a clear price. We began with a simple idea: treat every trip like it matters, because it does. A 6 a.m. flight or a concert at Madison Square Garden deserves the same care.
Today we drive frequent travelers, business teams, families and event guests across the New York area, from the five boroughs to Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut. We are not trying to be the biggest chauffeur service in New York. Our True North VIP home page lists every service; here is how we work. The True North VIP fleet has six vehicle classes: Executive Sedan for up to 2 riders, Luxury Sedan for up to 3, Executive SUV and Luxury SUV for up to 6, Jet Sprinter for up to 10 and Executive Sprinter for up to 13. Luggage space depends on the vehicle, so enter your bag count when you book.

How It Works
Booking with True North VIP works in four steps. Request the ride online at /book or by phone, review the all-in price and book, track the pickup on the day with your flight number added for airport rides, then ride. We send a receipt for every trip, so you have a record for expenses.

- Book: choose the vehicle class and review the all-in price before you book.
- Track: add your flight number for airport pickups, and we follow the flight.
- Ride: meet your chauffeur and travel. A receipt follows for every trip.

What areas do you serve?

How do airport pickups work?

Add your flight number when you book and we track the flight, so the pickup moves with it. Without meet and greet, the chauffeur meets you at the arrivals curb at JFK Terminals 1, 4 and 8 and at Newark Terminals A and B. JFK Terminal 5 and 7 car service passengers take the free AirTrain to the Howard Beach car service lot. At LaGuardia, car service pickups for Terminal B are on Level 2 of the Terminal B parking garage, and Terminal C pickups are in the arrivals inner lane. Terminal A has had no airline flights since May 2026. At Newark Terminal C, your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals curb or in the Terminal C Garage, Level 3. Meet and greet inside the terminal is $25.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund; within 24 hours, refunds are at our discretion. Group and event bookings need 48 hours. See the cancellation policy for the full terms.
Do you offer hourly service?

Yes. Hourly service has a 3-hour minimum, and the chauffeur stays with you between stops. Rates start at $120 per hour in an Executive Sedan.
Can you plan trips with several cars?

Yes. Call 888-887-0324 with the group size, times and addresses, and we will set up each car. For groups that want to ride together, the Executive Sprinter seats 13.
How do I set up a corporate account?

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Child seats are $25 each, in SUVs and Sprinters only, not sedans. Add them when you book.
