Families can request child seats of every type (infant, convertible and booster) for $25 each in SUVs and Sprinters, never in sedans. Without meet and greet, your chauffeur meets you where the airport tells prearranged car services to go. The table shows the standard pickup point at each airport.

Add your airline flight number when you book and we track it. Airport pickups have a 60-minute wait time after a domestic landing and a 90-minute wait time after an international landing. Every regular pickup has a 15-minute grace period, after which waiting time applies. These windows give you time to collect your luggage and reach the meeting point.

You can add meet and greet for $25. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a name sign and helps with luggage. A dedicated greeter is available for $150; this is a separate greeter who waits inside the terminal, useful during terminal construction or for VIP arrivals. For private aviation, we meet arriving private flights at JFK, Newark, Teterboro (TEB), Westchester (HPN), Republic (FRG), Long Island MacArthur (ISP), Morristown (MMU), East Hampton (HTO), Gabreski in Westhampton Beach (FOK) and Trenton-Mercer (TTN). The LIRR is useful for station-to-station travel, while a private car takes you from the address you enter to your destination.

A train can fit a trip that starts near a station and ends near a Manhattan station. Check the route and current timetable for your origin and destination. If you are continuing to JFK by rail, the LIRR and AirTrain are separate parts of the trip; the airport publishes current AirTrain information. The train can also leave you with a final walk or another connection between the station and your actual destination.

A private car can simplify a trip when you want pickup at a home, hotel or office, are traveling with bags, or need to reach an address away from a station. For a family or group, one vehicle keeps the party together between the pickup and destination. Compare the complete trip from the pickup door to the destination entrance. South Fork destinations include Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Montauk. North Fork trips can connect Riverhead with Cutchogue, Southold or Greenport.
