The distance figures use different official descriptions, so they are a location reference rather than a like-for-like drive-mile ranking. NJ TRANSIT and MTA publish different EWR totals, and the Westchester county and airport pages publish different Bee-Line fares. Check the linked transit operator for current service and fare information before departure. The lowest published fare also takes time for transfers, terminal walks and waiting.

Choose an airport by the full trip, including your destination, terminal and ground connection. A traveler headed to Queens may find LaGuardia convenient, while JFK serves many trips to Brooklyn and Long Island. Newark can work well for a destination near the Hudson or in New Jersey. Westchester County, Stewart and MacArthur serve trips beyond Manhattan.

A hotel in Midtown is closer to LaGuardia on the map, while a Brooklyn, Westchester, New Jersey or Long Island address calls for a route comparison. For a JFK to LGA transfer, the route is 11.8 miles, with an Executive Sedan example of $179 in October 2026. Enter the actual next airport and terminal so the route price reflects your trip.

Passenger capacity and luggage capacity are separate questions. Luggage fit depends on the vehicle and the size and mix of bags, so enter suitcases, carry-ons, strollers and other bulky items in the bag count. Child seats cost $25 each and are available in SUVs and Sprinters, never in sedans. Request each seat in advance and include the child's age, weight and height. Request each seat when you book. Include the seat request before reviewing your trip price so the vehicle and add-on are part of the same request.

Sprinter trips are quoted on request. Include the airport, destination, flight details, passenger count and bag count. The Executive Sprinter carries up to 13 passengers and the Jet Sprinter up to 10; enter the luggage information separately so the request reflects the whole party.

Unless you request an add-on, your chauffeur meets you at the pickup point for your airport and terminal in the table below. The $25 meet and greet is an add-on: your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a name sign and helps with luggage. A separate dedicated greeter is available for $150 and waits inside the terminal, useful during terminal construction or for VIP arrivals. At JFK Terminals 5 and 7, car service passengers take the free AirTrain to the Howard Beach car service lot under the airport's rule.

Flight tracking is included, with a 60-minute wait time after a domestic landing and a 90-minute wait time after an international landing. Every regular pickup has a 15-minute grace period, after which waiting time applies.

Look at the pickup point as well as the fare. At JFK, AirTrain is part of the subway and rail connection. At LaGuardia, the free Q70 connects subway and Long Island Rail Road locations to the airport.
