Airport Meet & Greet Service

Meet and greet means your chauffeur waits inside the terminal instead of at the curb. Depending on the airport and terminal, the chauffeur meets you at an agreed indoor point, holds a name sign when applicable, keeps track of baggage delays and walks with you to the car. It costs $25.

Without meet and greet, the chauffeur meets you at your terminal's car service pickup point once you have your bags; the pickup table below lists each airport. Meet and greet suits first-time visitors, families with bags and children, executives and guests, and international arrivals after customs.

Each airport sets its own rules for where cars can wait. JFK and Newark do not allow curb parking, and LaGuardia says a driver cannot wait at the curb unless the passenger and bags are there. That is why the chauffeur meets you inside, then brings the car to the curb or the permitted pickup point.

A meet and greet arrival costs the ride price plus $25. The ride price is distance-based and all-in, with taxes, tolls and fees included and gratuity optional. Below are three example arrivals to Manhattan hotels, one from each airport. Add $25 to each for meet and greet.

To make meet and greet work, we need a few details when you book. Give the name of each rider, a phone number that works when you land, the airline and flight number, and any mobility needs or special instructions. With these, the chauffeur can follow the flight and reach you inside the terminal.

Airports and terminals limit where drivers can wait, so the meeting point depends on the terminal. If an indoor meeting is restricted, we arrange the closest permitted meeting point and send clear instructions. At JFK Terminals 5 and 7, car service passengers take the free AirTrain to the Howard Beach car service lot under the airport's rule.

The airport wait time starts at the actual arrival time, not the scheduled time. It is 60 minutes after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international landing, which covers most baggage and customs waits. After that, waiting is charged at the booked class's hourly rate divided by 60 for each extra minute.

Keep your phone on after you land so the chauffeur can reach you by phone or text. If we cannot reach you after arrival, or you do not reach the meeting point within the grace period or airport wait time, the booking may move into extra waiting time or be treated as a no-show under our wait time policy.
