Meet & Greet is an optional pickup format where your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal or at an agreed indoor pickup location, then escorts you to the vehicle. This add-on is available for all airport transfer bookings.

Airports and terminals may have rules that limit where drivers can wait. If indoor meeting is restricted, we will coordinate the closest permitted meeting point and provide clear instructions. This varies by terminal at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, and Teterboro.
If we cannot reach you by phone/text after arrival, or if you do not arrive at the meeting point within the complimentary wait time, the reservation may transition into additional wait time or a no-show per our Wait Time Policy.
