Meet & Greet Policy

Meet & Greet is an optional pickup format where your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal or at an agreed indoor pickup location, then escorts you to the vehicle. This add-on is available for all airport transfer bookings.
What Meet & Greet Includes
Depending on the airport and pickup arrangement, Meet & Greet may include:
- Indoor meeting point coordination
- Name sign (when applicable)
- Assistance walking you to the vehicle (non-medical assistance)
- Coordination with baggage delays or timing changes
What We Need From You
To make Meet & Greet smooth, please provide:
- Passenger name(s)
- Phone number reachable upon landing
- Flight number and airline (for airport pickups)
- Any mobility needs or special instructions
Pickup Location Specifics
Airports and terminals may have rules that limit where drivers can wait. If indoor meeting is restricted, we will coordinate the closest permitted meeting point and provide clear instructions. This varies by terminal at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, and Teterboro.
Communication Expectations
If we cannot reach you by phone/text after arrival, or if you do not arrive at the meeting point within the complimentary wait time, the reservation may transition into additional wait time or a no-show per our Wait Time Policy.
