An address in central Manhattan, a hotel entrance or an office away from a town center can produce a different route than the example destination. Westchester County says curb space is limited, car services and taxis should be prearranged, and vehicles may not idle or loiter at the curb. Airline flight tracking is included, with a 60-minute wait time after a domestic landing and a 90-minute wait time after an international landing. Add your airline and flight number when you request the ride.

The flight number lets the team follow the scheduled airline arrival. After landing, the airport wait time gives you time to leave the aircraft, collect your luggage and reach the agreed meeting point. International passengers can use the 90-minute period for passport control and bags before heading to arrivals.

When the person booking is not the passenger, enter the passenger's name and contact information so the ride request identifies the traveler being collected. Share the flight number as printed on the ticket and check that it belongs to the operating flight, especially when an itinerary includes a connection. Every regular pickup has a 15-minute grace period, after which waiting time applies.

For an arrival, have the airline flight number, destination address, passenger count and bag count ready. Choose a curbside meeting or an inside-terminal service, then select a vehicle class based on the complete group and luggage. Add the passenger's name and contact information when another person is making the request.
