True North VIP provides complimentary flight tracking for airport transfer reservations. This policy explains what we track, how pickups adjust, and what you should do if travel plans change.
For airport transfer reservations, we track your flight status and adjust chauffeur arrival timing based on your actual flight arrival time, when flight details are provided. This applies to all airport pickups including JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark.
To enable flight tracking, you must provide accurate information at booking, including:
If the flight details are missing or incorrect, we may not be able to adjust the pickup timing automatically.
Wait time includes complimentary windows described in our Wait Time Policy. Customs and baggage delays can extend the pickup beyond complimentary wait time.
