Where will my chauffeur meet me at Newark Airport?
Every Newark arrival starts with the meeting point. The chauffeur follows your flight, so an early or late landing moves the pickup with it. Once you have your bags, call and walk to the arrivals curb at Terminal A or B. At Newark Terminal C, your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals curb or in the Terminal C Garage, Level 3. With meet and greet, the chauffeur waits inside with a name sign.
- Add your airline and flight number when you book. The chauffeur tracks the flight from takeoff.
- After landing, collect your bags at Terminal A, B or C and call 888-887-0324 or the chauffeur number in your booking.
- At Terminal A or B, walk to the arrivals curb. At Newark Terminal C, your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals curb or in the Terminal C Garage, Level 3.
- With meet and greet ($25), the chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign and walks you to the car.

How long is the drive from Newark Airport to Short Hills, Morristown and Princeton?
Without traffic, Newark Airport is about 20 minutes from Short Hills, 30 minutes from Morristown and 60 minutes from Princeton, by routing estimates for the three trips below. Rush hours on I-78 and the New Jersey Turnpike add time, and so do Friday afternoons in summer. Plan for more at peak times.
| Trip | Distance | Drive time without traffic |
|---|---|---|
| Terminal C to The Mall at Short Hills | 13.2 mi | about 20 min (estimate) |
| Terminal A to The Westin Governor Morris, Morristown | 21.2 mi | about 30 min (estimate) |
| Terminal B to Nassau Hall, Princeton | 40.5 mi | about 60 min (estimate) |
Drive times are estimates (OSRM free-flow routing with no traffic, checked Oct 30, 2026). Traffic varies, and rush hour, weather, tunnel delays and airport construction add time.
Which route does the chauffeur take, and what tolls apply?
For Short Hills, Millburn, Summit and Morristown, the chauffeur takes I-78 west and then Route 24. For Princeton and central New Jersey, the route runs south on US 1 and 9 to the New Jersey Turnpike, then US 1 toward Princeton. For Hoboken and Jersey City, it is a short run north.
| Road or crossing | What it does on this trip | Toll |
|---|---|---|
| I-78 west | Toward Short Hills, Summit and Morristown | No toll |
| Route 24 | West to Short Hills and Morristown | No toll |
| New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) | South toward central New Jersey and Princeton | Toll road; toll in the price |
| US 1 | Last miles into Princeton | No toll |
The New Jersey Turnpike is a toll road, and any toll on your route is already in the price. Trips that stay in New Jersey do not use the Hudson River crossings, so there is no tunnel toll and no Manhattan congestion charge. You see the all-in price at /book before you book.

How does waiting time work?
Waiting time depends on the pickup. Home, hotel and office pickups have a 15-minute grace period, after which waiting time applies. Airport arrivals have a 60-minute wait time after a domestic landing and a 90-minute wait time after an international landing, counted from when the flight lands, and every airport pickup includes flight tracking, so an early or late flight moves your pickup with it.
| Pickup type | Grace period or wait time |
|---|---|
| Regular pickup (home, hotel, office) | 15 minutes |
| Domestic flight arrival | 60 minutes after landing |
| International flight arrival | 90 minutes after landing |
| Flight tracking | Included on airport pickups |
See the wait time policy for the full terms, and add meet and greet if you want the chauffeur inside the terminal.
Match the vehicle to passengers and luggage.
Match the vehicle to your group and bags. An Executive Sedan seats 2 and a Luxury Sedan seats 3, for light luggage or a business trip. Both SUV classes seat 6 and suit families or several large suitcases. For a group arriving together, the Jet Sprinter seats 10 and the Executive Sprinter seats 13.
| Vehicle class | Passengers | Child seats | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | Up to 2 | Not available | One or two riders with light luggage |
| Luxury Sedan | Up to 3 | Not available | Clients and special nights for up to three |

Can I book a multi-leg trip?
Yes. A multi-leg trip puts several stops or legs on one booking, such as a hotel check-in in Morristown, then a meeting in Short Hills. Add each stop at /book and the all-in price covers the whole trip. If the car should wait at a stop, hourly service at $120 per hour, 3-hour minimum, may fit better.
