International processing and baggage timing vary; flight tracking does not establish that the group is ready. Report any delay, then send a ready message after entry procedures and baggage collection are complete.

Holland vs Lincoln Tunnel: The Route Decision

Critical routing note: The I-78 local/express split near the Newark Airport interchange is a common mistake. Missing the express lanes adds 10 to 15 minutes as you are forced through local exits in Elizabeth. Our chauffeurs know this split and position in the correct lane well in advance.

Airport planning reviewed

Confirm the airport handoff before travel.

A reservation, an indoor greeting, and permission for the vehicle to load are different things. Use the airport’s current rules and the meeting plan attached to your trip.

Newark pickup and AirTrain planning

Newark’s current designated ride-app areas are Terminal A across the street on arrivals, Terminal B on arrivals frontage, and Terminal C on Floor 3 of the Terminal C garage. A reserved car’s final meeting instructions must be confirmed separately; do not send a Terminal C chauffeur to an old curbside pickup point.

Give the departing airline and terminal, not only EWR. Arrival collection and departure drop-off have different instructions. The existing AirTrain does not directly reach the Terminal A building, so a rail itinerary may also require its signed walking or shuttle connection.

Through November 13, 2026, the Airport Train Station link is replaced by buses Monday–Friday, 5 a.m.–3 p.m.; the airport says other AirTrain connections are unaffected by this partial outage. Separate maintenance outages and road detours can still occur. This is not a system-wide closure until 2030.
